Applicant or family expects WLR to provide care/supervision.
Includes medication reminders, bathing, dressing, toileting, bed checks, wellness checks, dementia care, behavior monitoring, or 24-hour staff availability.

Do not deny until owner/management reviews the request in good faith.

Assistance animals are not pets. Do not apply pet rent, pet fees, or pet deposits to approved assistance animals.

Step 2 — 100-Point Fit Score
Score only tenancy-related and ILH-scope factors. A high score does not override gate issues.
