The backyard at Western Lights Residences is carefully designed to offer both comfort and accessibility. Smooth concrete walkways, lush artificial grass, and a modern water fountain create a clean, calming landscape that’s safe for all residents to enjoy. Decorative rocks and minimalist greenery add subtle beauty, while shaded seating areas invite casual conversations or quiet moments.

Shared Bedrooms
Each shared bedroom at Western Lights Residences is thoughtfully arranged to provide a balance of companionship and personal space. Every resident has their own twin bed with a hypoallergenic mattress, fresh linens, pillows, a personal nightstand, reading lamp, and single chair. A shared closet provides organized storage with clearly designated sections for each resident, and a shared television offers opportunities for quiet entertainment and bonding.
The room is designed with both safety and relaxation in mind, featuring a ceiling fan, fire sprinkler system, and smoke/fire detectors. Calming colors and tasteful décor help create a peaceful, home-like environment. We take great care to preserve privacy and dignity while gently encouraging positive social interaction and a sense of community.
Private Bedrooms
Our private bedrooms offer a quiet, personalized retreat for residents who value independence and tranquility. Each room is furnished with a twin bed and hypoallergenic bedding, a bedside table with reading lamp, a comfortable single chair, a personal television, and a spacious closet for belongings.

Just a few minutes walk from Western Lights Residences Malibu Park is a beautifully maintained community space where residents can enjoy open green fields, fresh air, and light recreation in a calm, inclusive setting. With wide paved walkways, shaded seating areas, and modern playgrounds, the park is ideal for supervised outings, gentle movement, and peaceful connection with nature.
