Rates & Level of Care

Rates

At Western Lights Residences, our monthly rates are determined by the level of care each resident requires. We specialize in supporting adults assessed between Level 3 and Level 6, ensuring our home environment is aligned with the needs of individuals who benefit from moderate to advanced daily assistance.

We do not accept Level 1 or Level 2 placements, as our program is designed for residents who thrive with more structured care, support, and supervision.

Starting Rates:

Shared Bedroom: TBD – based on care level and availability

Private Bedroom: TBD – based on care level and availability

Levels of Care

Level 3 – Moderate Assistance
Residents at this level are partially independent but need regular support with tasks like bathing, dressing, or medication reminders. While they may initiate activities on their own, they require supervision or prompting to complete them safely and consistently.

Level 4 – High Assistance
This level is for individuals who need frequent hands-on help with most daily living activities. Cognitive, physical, or behavioral challenges may be present, and residents typically require more consistent supervision throughout the day.

Level 5 – Extensive Care
Residents at this level are highly dependent on staff for nearly all aspects of daily living. They may have advanced physical limitations, behavioral complexities, or significant health conditions that require specialized support and continuous oversight.

Level 6 – Intensive or Hospice Care
This is the highest level of care provided, appropriate for residents with serious medical conditions, terminal diagnoses, or hospice needs. Care at this level is focused on comfort, dignity, and full support with coordination between caregivers, hospice teams, and medical professionals.
