Rates & Level of Care
Rates
At Western Lights Residences, our monthly rates are determined by the level of care each resident requires. We specialize in supporting adults assessed between Level 3 and Level 6, ensuring our home environment is aligned with the needs of individuals who benefit from moderate to advanced daily assistance.
We do not accept Level 1 or Level 2 placements, as our program is designed for residents who thrive with more structured care, support, and supervision.
Starting Rates:
Shared Bedroom: TBD – based on care level and availability
Private Bedroom: TBD – based on care level and availability

Levels of Care
Level 3 – Moderate Assistance
Residents are able to participate in their care but require assistance with some activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and medication assistance. Supervision and cueing may be needed to support safety and consistency.
Level 4 – High Assistance
Residents require regular hands-on assistance with multiple activities of daily living. Ongoing supervision is provided to address physical, cognitive, or behavioral needs within the scope of non-medical care.
Level 5 – Extensive Care
Residents require substantial assistance with most activities of daily living and close observation. Care is provided in accordance with RCFE regulations, with support services coordinated through appropriate outside providers as needed.
Level 6 – Intensive / Hospice Support
Residents with advanced care needs, including those receiving hospice services, are supported with a focus on comfort and dignity. Care is provided in coordination with licensed hospice or home health agencies for any skilled services, consistent with Title 22 regulations.
